Agra's 1  7th-Century Mughal-era haveli razed by 'builder'

The 17th-century Mubarak Manzil, known as Aurangzeb's Haveli, was largely demolished in Agra, despite recent efforts to protect it. Local residents claim that a builder, with officials' support, carried out the demolition. Authorities are currently investigating the incident as the historical structure, with significant Mughal and British influences, lies mostly in ruins now.
